Why are we called 6S?
· Tom & Rena Stewart and their 4 children made a family of 6 Stewarts so “6S”.
We like plays on words so 6S Safety Services “Safety with Success”.
What we are about:
We are a family run business that started back in 1988. With a modest start facilitating programs with the Royal Lifesaving Society of Canada and the Canadian Red Cross Society. We expanded our training platform becoming franchise instructors for St John Ambulance in 1998, Energy Safety Canada (formerly PITTS, then Enform & OSSA) and Global Training Centre.
We have moved from several locations until we found a nice fit here above Oras Communications.
6S Safety has two classrooms, ample parking to accommodate to over 40 people. We provide a large portion of our training offsite to our valued customers traveling to site is how we started and is still part of the services we provide.
We have been providing safety training to for over 25 years, and many of our clients have been coming back every three years ever since. We appreciate our customer patronage and it’s our customer service that separates us from the rest. We make every learning experience here a positive and informative one.
